Can I resell the themes after I purchase them?
The themes in any license they are coming are not re-sellable. You can however use the themes on multiple sites (if you have the developer license) and sell those websites entirely. This area includes also flipping websites which is permitted.

Can I modify the themes however I want?
Yes you can. When you buy any theme you get the full source unencrypted code and you can do any changes you want. You can use the themes as they come out of the box, or you can change the styles, fonts, logos, anything practically.
