The themes in any license they are coming are not re-sellable. You can however use the themes on multiple site (if you have the developer license) and sell those websites entirely. This area includes also flipping websites which is permitted.
Can I modify the themes however I want?
Yes you can. When you buy any theme you get the full source unencrypted code and you can do any changes you want. You can use the themes as they come out of the box, or you can change the styles, fonts, logos, anything practically.
What kind of hosting do I need for these themes?
Any website hosting will be good for sitemile themes. However since most of our users have Linux Hosting, we recommend you, linux hosting over windows hosting. And plus linux hosting is cheaper than windows hosting.
What are the system requirements to run the themes?
The system requirements that you need to run the themes are: Linux or Windows hosting(VPS or shared hosting are good), WordPress 3.0+ .
