Cancel Oder Process

As there is no clear documentation can you tell us what is the order cancel process??
Like when buyer cancel an order … and seller didn’t respond it … what will happen ?? is there a time limit like after 3 days order will get automated cancel if seller not respond.

Another thing … from where in admin panel we as admin can see when buyer file cancel request … and can check if buyer and seller doing thing right way .. like resolution center … So we can verify buyer or seller claim.

Please what version of theme do you have as my version 6.4.5.9 does not allow buyers to post request. Andrei and term have simply ignored complain about this.
