Badges and Levels

How do Badges and Levels work??
I can’t find any documentation about them.
Do they automatically increase after certain time/activity ??
Or does the admin need to do it manually ??

For now the badges are manual from admin, as for the levels they should be automatic, and controlled the triggers from the settings in pricerr.

I cant find any setting for level where i can set something after it trigger
the one in setting is for limiting user to post jobs, commission, video etc. As far i can see.

I will check, as it might be automatic in a variable defined in the code, like global

Can you let me know where in code i can change like after 20 or 50 sale user got level update ..
Also will be nice if you add this setting in the admin panel.
