Can your project theme be used to create a reverse auction site like care.com

Hey, I saw the theme called freelancer theme, here https://www.sitemile.com/p/project and was wondering if it can be used to create a care.com type of clone site (well not really a clone as we wont compete with them) but a very similar website in the general sense of functionality. Or if you recommend another theme ?

Hey, thanks for the contact, yes the project theme can be used similarly to care.com
basically is a reverse auction type of site, where people post a request, and service providers (caregivers can be renamed) will reply with a price quote. And the customer will choose the ones they like
