Client cannot upload project images or files

Dear Project Theme Users
I have the latest version of the theme as well as WordPress, however, when a client posts a project, they cannot upload project images or project files which are crucial for the freelancer to use when implementing the project. Is anyone else experiencing the same and how can it be solved?
Similarly, when a freelancer creates a service, they cannot upload service images.
How can I display the services from the freelancers on the homepage?

try to upgrade to the latest theme version, that should work fine.
