error when accepting or rejecting withdrawal requests

my error happens when I try to check any of the options Make Complete | Deny Request
the page reloads but none of these options work, I need help please

Please describe the issue better, and please send me your customer account to check if you really bought the theme.

In the withdrawal Requests section I cannot accept or reject any of the options on the list, these functions simply do not do anything, they do not work .. my email for the account is servi.johnfred@gmail.com

Although I dont understand, as you have not explained properly, I have emailed the customer email address. Hopefully he can provide some screenshots to explain better this issue.
