Looking to create a jiji.ng clone or similar. Can I use wordpress for that ?

hey guys, we are looking to create a website similar to jiji.ng and want to use wordpress. We saw that you have a great theme for classified ads websites, i was wondering if we can use that for this purpose ?

We will need mobile apps too in the future. Is it easy to upgrade from what we are doing now ?
We need naira NGN currency support. And also paystack support.
