Create a digital downloads marketplace website

hey, i am looking to create a digital downloads marketplace. A website for people to sell ebooks and software scripts and programs. The site should allow multiple users to have their own panel, their uploads, and everything thats derived from that. Similar to envato market or themeforest or something like that. Do you have something like that or something that could be adapted ?
