How to build a website like mybuilder.co.uk or similar lead buying site

hello guys, i am new here, but i have found your website online. I want to build something like mybuilder or a similar lead buying website for the UK market, specifically something localised in the Manchester area and suburbs. I saw your themes and read somewhere else the use cases and i think they can be a good start on this endeavour.

I also saw that you offer customisation services and I really need that too, but my budget isnt more than 2-3k$ for start. Later on I might go for the app too but want the site to gain some traction. Here is the features that i need for my lead buying and lead generation website:

– customers signup and fill in details about their company and personal
– customers post quote requests or similar
– service providers or contractors either buy the lead by paying or post an offer for that particular job
– customers can choose the desired contractor and contact them directly
– commissions are paid by the contractor when they get paid, either by generating an invoice or paying commission fee
– customers can also feature their task/job by paying an extra fee
– supports paypal and stripe, and verifone, and payu, possibly other UK based payment gateways
– supports elementor and other wordpress plugins
