But generally speaking the pro license offers you access to all extensions for each individual theme (or if you get the membership here https://www.sitemile.com/p/newmem you get all themes and all extensions)

basically is a reverse auction type of site, where people post a request, and service providers (caregivers can be renamed) will reply with a price quote. And the customer will choose the ones they like
